We encourage you to plan your parcel pickup and drop-off in advance, as delivery and customer service hours change during the holiday period.
On December 24, parcels will not be delivered to parcel lockers, nor will they be collected from them. Parcel collection for business clients will not take place. Customer service for private clients will operate from 10:00 to 14:00.
On December 25 and 26, we will be closed.
On December 31, parcels will be delivered and collected as usual. Customer service for private clients will operate from 08:00 to 18:00, and for business clients from 08:00 to 16:00.
On January 1, we will be closed.
Please also note that some shopping centers may operate with shorter opening hours during the holidays.
