Due to the upcoming Midsummer holidays, our parcel delivery and customer service schedules will change. We encourage customers to plan parcel drop-offs and pickups in advance. Please also note that some shopping centres may operate with reduced or adjusted opening hours during the holiday period.
June 23 (Monday) We will operate as usual – parcel deliveries and collections will proceed as normal. Customer service will be available from 8:00 to 18:00.
June 24 (Tuesday) – Midsummer Day There will be no parcel deliveries to or collections from parcel lockers. Our couriers and customer service team will be on holiday. No parcel pickups will be carried out for business customers.
