During the Easter period, SmartPosti working hours will differ from the usual schedule. We encourage you to plan your shipments and collections in advance. Please also note that shopping centre opening hours, where SmartPosti parcel lockers are located, may vary during the holiday period. We recommend checking them in advance and planning the sending and pick-up of parcels from lockers, as well as handing shipments over to couriers.
Friday, April 3 – parcels will be delivered and collected as usual. Private customer service will be available from 08:00 to 18:00, and business customer service from 08:00 to 17:00.
Saturday, April 4 – parcels will be delivered only in Vilnius and Kaunas. Private customer service will be available from 10:00 to 14:00, while business customer service will be closed.
Monday, April 6 – we will be closed.
